Aaron Driskill

INTERNACHI CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL INSPECTOR™
Aaron Driskill is a highly experienced and NACHI certified inspector with an extensive professional background in real estate services, construction and inspection services. He received he Bachelor’s degree from Evangel University in Springfield Missouri in Business Administration and Management. He has performed home inspections in Southwest Missouri ranging from homes costing $30,000 to multi-million dollar homes as well as commercial inspections on multi-family properties, restaurants, businesses and theaters. Aaron’s commitment to professionalism and communication in all aspects of property inspections combined with his superior customer service has been the driving force behind the continued growth of Cornerstone Property Inspections, LLC in southwest Missouri.
Aaron is also a real estate investor, entrepreneur, licensed private pilot and a U.S. Army veteran with 1st Ranger battalion out of Savannah, Georgia. In his time off he spends his time with his wife and two boys enjoying camping, fishing, aviation and is an avid hunter.

KASHA DRISKILL
OWNER AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Kasha serves as the CEO for Cornerstone Property Inspections, LLC and has an extensive background in business as well as real estate services and is an entrepreneur. Her role is behind the scenes and one of financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning as well as marketing and leadership development.
She has extensive experience in multiple aspects of real estate services including is a real estate investor, has construction project management experience, attended school to perform Missouri real estate appraisals as well as she is a licensed real estate agent in Missouri. Kasha received a Bachelors degree from Evangel University in Springfield Missouri in Business Administration and Management.
Kasha enjoys spending her free time with her family as well as camping, RV-ing, fishing and gardening. She also serves on the board of directors for a couple of local non-profits organizations and enjoys service to the community.
John Manes

John grew up in the Nevada, Missouri area before relocating to Republic in 2005. John has a diversified work history with over 25 years in both residential and commercial construction industries. His extensive working knowledge in building restoration, remodeling, new construction including decks, siding, masonry, tile, waterproofing and sealing has made John another integral part of the CPI Pros team. This knowledge and background has given him tremendous knowledge and experience and he undoubtedly serves as a true asset to Cornerstone performing inspections on new and existing properties.
John and his wife Misty have 4 children, Megan Doyle & husband Colin, their daughter Lyric, who is their first grandchild. A son, Trevor Manes, and daughters Brylee and Kiersten Manes. John & Misty are both actively involved in their daughters athletics and attend every game or match possible and also find time to spend with the newest addition to their family, Lyric James. John’s hobbies include music, and he has his own band Distant Kin in which he is the rhythm guitarist and lead singer. They play new county along with old time rock & roll at local venues, and special occasions such as weddings, birthday and graduation ceremonies.
John has been an amazing asset to the CPI Pros team for several years now and we are confident in his experience in new and existing construction giving him the ability to provide continued quality and detailed service to our clients.

Andy Jones
Internachi Certified Professional Inspector™
Andy moved to the Clever, Missouri area in 2005 from Nevada, Missouri and now currently is located in Hollister, Missouri with his wife Becky and their teenage daughter, Megan. They also have a grown son that lives in Nixa, Missouri.
Andy is a great asset for the company with his extensive construction background that he has had the majority of his adult life. Including residential and commercial concrete (flats and walls), tuck pointing, caulking (brick, block and stone), masonry repairs, room additions, and building sheds and decks.
Andy spent 7 years in active duty Army as part of the Special Forces. In his spare time he enjoys riding his motorcycle, playing golf, boating, fishing and hunting. He also loves spending time with his family.

Jill Anderson
Business Administrator
Jill Anderson is our full time Business Administrator specializing in scheduling, customer and agent needs, billing & collections as well as oversees daily operations of our office and helps ensure the process from time of inspections to closing is smooth for our clients. Jill joined our team during 2016 and comes to us with a wide array of business administration, marketing and client advocate experience.
Prior to joining our team Jill’s background includes over 20 years in various customer service roles and has past experiences working in the real estate industry. Jill also has over 9 years’ experience in radio working in roles such as Radio Announcer, Public Service Director & Music Director which have no doubt brought out her amazing personality and has made her such a valuable asset to Cornerstone and the Cornerstone clients. Jill always has a pleasant smile and eagerness to serve clients and has been a great addition to the CPI team.
